About the school
A school that knows each class by name
De Gracious Lively Stones teaches creche, nursery, primary, and secondary under the Anambra State Ministry of Education. The work is ordinary and serious: register the child, teach the term, record the scores, and hand the parent a result they can read.
The name comes from the idea of lively stones — students shaped by teaching, not left as a crowd. Pupils move from creche through nursery and primary into secondary, JSS 1 to SSS 3, across three terms in a session.

Nursery

A school day
What should be happening, and what is
The timetable says which class is due. Teachers mark when they arrive, start the lesson, and mark when they leave. If a lesson’s time has come and nobody has started it, the office can see that class sitting idle.
- Arrival. Each staff member is marked in when they reach school.
- Lessons. The class on the timetable is started, then ended when teaching stops.
- Leaving. Teachers mark out at the end of their day.
For parents
Open a result without coming to the office
When a term is ready, buy the scratch card from the school. On this site, pick the student, the session, and the term, then enter the card. The sheet shows subjects, scores, and the class.

First, second, or third term, for the year the child was in that class.

The result stays tied to the class and term it was earned in, even after promotion.

Fees, receipts, and the store
Parents should know what was billed and what was paid. The office assigns a fee to one student, a whole class, or a few selected students, then prints a receipt when money comes in.
Who is owing
A list of students who still have a balance, and those who have finished the fees for that session.
A receipt for the parent
Each payment gets a numbered receipt with the student’s name, class, and what the money covered.
Books and stock
Uniforms, books, and classroom stock are counted in and out so the store does not run dry in silence.
What we keep in front of the child
Attendance to the lesson
A timetable is only useful if someone notices when the class is empty. Idle classes are listed the same day.
A mark that can be checked
Scores are entered per subject and term. The result a parent sees is the one the school calculated.
A record that stays
When a pupil moves to the next class, last year’s result remains on last year’s class.
Admissions
Bring the child in at the right class
A parent can register the child here, or the office can fill the same form. The class list is whatever the school has set up. The office calls the guardian, then places the child in a class or turns the form down.

Can I pay school fees on this page?
